Currently on exhibit at the Fashion Museum is the permanent exhibit, A Century of Style, and a temporary exhibit, A Wedding Trousseau, 1880 - 1950. The permanent exhibit features a variety of styles from each decade from 1870 - 1970, including hats, shoes, and accessories. A Wedding Trousseau highlights a bride's wedding gown, going away outfit, and bedclothes for each featured decade.

A Wedding Trousseau will remain up until March, when it will be replaced by The Little Black Dress - an in depth look at the invaluable wardrobe essential that was "invented" by Coco Chanel in the 1920s.

"The garments featured in each decade of the permanent exhibit are changed regularly, so there is always something new to see," says museum director, Jill Crist. "The changing gallery gives us the opportunity to highlight special collections or to put new exhibits together by picking and choosing from the extensive collection that is in storage."
